It also describes your choices regarding use, as well as your rights of access and correction of your personal information, following with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0. Legitimate interest of Tableh to evaluate your candidacy for a present or future position in Tableh.

Your data will be kept for one year from when you send the curriculum to Tableh.

3. Data Processing of Users of Social Networks That Interact With Tableh Profiles

If you are a user of a social network and interact with a Tableh profile or page, we will treat your data as indicated below:

3.1. Purpose of the Treatment

We treat your data in order to interact with you in a normal way according to the policies of the social network, and to manage our virtual communities according to the policies of each social network and our interests (both yours and our interests).

3.1. Legal Base of the Treatment

We have a legitimate interest to process your data within the operation of the social network to resolve queries, doubts, etc. that you ask us through the social network, as well as to interact with you within the normal functioning of the social network.

3.2. Recipients of Your Data

No third party will have access, through Tableh, to your user data from the social network.

We will keep your data only for the time necessary to answer your question, or for the duration of our interaction. Keep in mind that, although we will not specifically save this data, your data may remain in the social network according to the operation policy of each specific social network.

4. Data Processing of Supplier Representatives

If you are a representative or contact in a Tableh provider with whom our employees maintain contact, we will treat your data as indicated below:

4.1 Purpose of the Treatment

We process your data to maintain, comply, develop, control and execute the business relationship we have with the provider you work for or with you in case you are freelance.

4.2. Legal base of the Treatment

We have a legitimate interest in treating your data as a contact point in a Tableh provider, to comply with our business relationship.

4.3. Recipients of your Data

No third party will have access to your data through Tableh.

4.4. Period of Conservation of Your Data

Your data will be kept during the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship with the provider you work for, or with you in case you are freelance.

5. Exercise of Rights

You can exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data to know which ones are being processed and the processing operations carried out with them;
  • Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data;
  • Right to delete your personal data, when this is possible;
  • Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or the need for the processing of the data is doubtful, in which case, we may retain the data to keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • Right to object to the processing of your data
  • to resolve any question you may have raised through the contact form, email or chat;
  • in case you are an influencer;
  • through a social network;
  • for the treatment of your curriculum; or
  • if you are a representative or contact with a Tableh provider.
  • Right to the portability of your personal data, when you have requested the receipt of commercial communications from Tableh without your company being a customer. Portability consists in receiving the personal data that you have provided to Tableh in a structured format, for common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit the data to another person responsible for the treatment when the treatment is carried out by automated means.

You must specify what right you want to exercise, as well as your identifying data. If, in order to verify your identity, we need additional information to those you provide, we will let you know.

Tableh and our partners use cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons and JavaScript) to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. 8. Requirements for Providing Personal Data

8.1. Minimum Age

To provide us with your personal data, you must be at least 18 years of age, and/or have sufficient legal capacity to use this Website.

8.2. Truthfulness

When you provide us with your data in order to use our services, you guarantee that the data and information provided is real, truthful, up to date and belongs to you and not to third parties.

In addition, you must notify us of any changes that occur in the data provided, in any case, responding to the veracity and accuracy of the data provided at all times.

8.3. Age and Veracity Control

Tableh reserves the right to verify your age and identifying information at any time, if necessary, including by requiring official proof of age or equivalent procedure and, in the event of fraud detection that proves or is suspected that you are under the age indicated, to delete, temporarily disable and/or terminate your account.

9.Data Collected and Processed on Tableh Platform

When registering in our Platform, we’ll collect and process your data to manage your account and give you access to different functionalities available. We collect and process your personal information based on our legitimate interests to enable our customers and you as an influencer to connect and create marketing campaigns. You may also be required to give us permission to collect personal information from your social media accounts via API.

We collect and produce profiles about you as an influencer to create a classification based on: your reach (number of followers, audience, etc.); the context of your followers (country, demographic information, industry, activities or products you create content about, potential target audience) and other significant variables in relation to the social networks you are present on. The main purpose for processing your personal data, through your account, is to allow our customers to find Influencers who may fit their values, public target and other requirements and help them connect with Influencers to create and manage marketing campaigns.

All your personal information will be processed during the time it is necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above. We may retain your personal information for longer if it may be the subject of a legal claim, or may otherwise be relevant for future litigation.

10. Data Sharing With Third Parties

In general, Tableh will not communicate your data to third parties. The exceptions to this rule are listed listed:

10.1. Advertisers

Certain personal information will be available to advertisers so they can evaluate your suitability to participate in their campaigns. This information may include your name, public information of your social media account(s), and related estimated statistics.

10.2. Service Providers

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these entities have signed the corresponding confidentiality agreements and will only process your data according to our instructions, and will not be able to use them for their own purposes or apart from the service they provide us.

10.3. Public Bodies

We may disclose to the competent public authorities the data and any other information in our possession or accessible through our systems when there is a legal obligation to do so, as well as when required, for example, when the purpose is to prevent or prosecute abuse of services or fraudulent activities through our Website or web page. In such cases, the personal data you provide to us would be kept and made available to administrative or judicial authorities.

10.4. In the Event of a Corporate Transaction

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of all or part of its assets, or any other type of corporate transaction involving a third party, we may share, disclose or transfer user data to the successor entity (including during the pre-transaction phase).

11.1. Right to Withdraw Consent Given

You can revoke your consent in connection with all processing based on it. However, we remind you that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

11.2. Right of Access

You have the right to know what data is being processed, if any, and, if so, to obtain a copy of it, as well as to obtain information relating to:

11.9. Information From Your Social Media

Tableh uses authorized data from Instagram, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms (“Social Platforms”). Such data is collected and stored to power Tableh features. You can request your authorized data be deleted from Tableh by contacting contact@tableh.com. For example, Tableh uses YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other Social Platforms’ APIs to collect authorized data.

Tableh is a programmatic influencer marketing platform that helps advertisers boost sales through relevant influencers and targeted audiences while giving them complete visibility via powerful analytics. Tableh analyzes and selects influencers that are best suited to the advertiser’s campaigns, who then create and publish content which is aligned with the advertiser’s brand.

At Tableh, we want people in our community to have a positive experience when they see ads. In that spirit, we expect our advertisers to be honest about their products, services, and content.

Our advertising policy provides guidance on the types of ad content we allow, and the types of ad content we prohibit. When advertisers create a campaign, each creative is reviewed against our policies. Our advertising policy also provides guidance on advertiser behavior that may result in advertising restrictions being placed on an advertiser account or its campaigns.

These advertising policies apply to all aspects of ads served by Tableh–including any creative elements, landing page, or other relevant components of the ads themselves–and it is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure that all ads comply with these policies.

Advertisers are also required to comply with Tableh’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All ads are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad in our sole discretion for any reason, including in response to user feedback, which we take seriously. We also reserve the right to request modifications to any ad, to require factual substantiation for any claim made in an ad, or to require documents evidencing that you hold any license or authorization which may be required in connection with your ad.

Tableh may suspend or terminate accounts tied to businesses or individuals who violate our Advertising Policies. If your ad is rejected, we’ll provide the reason in the User Portal and also via email . If you prefer, you edit your ad to comply with our policies and resubmit. If you think that your campaign was mistakenly rejected, or if you think that your advertiser account or its assets were mistakenly restricted, you can request a review of either decision through our Contact Us page.

Video Advertisements

Video ads on Tableh are required to:

  • Relevant to the product being advertised;
  • Maintain high quality audio and visuals;
  • Have clear images, legible text and undistorted videos;
  • Avoid strobing, flashing or other distracting visuals;
  • Be relevant to what is being advertised;
  • Have matching spoken language in the video and text in ad copy.
Style Policies

The style guidelines for Tableh ads are as follows:

  • Headlines and ad copy must be relevant to the product being advertised;
  • Use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation;
  • No more than 50% of the ad copy should be capitalized;
  • Don’t use excessive emojis, symbols, or punctuation;
  • Do not use personal information in your ads;
  • Avoid low quality, unreadable, unintelligible, excessively cropped or blurry images:
Quality

Tableh advertisements should should meet the following criteria:

  • Clear and accurate representation of the product, brand, or service being promoted;
  • Ads should not purposely withhold information as a way to entice clicks (clickbait);
  • Ads should not promote single articles or advertorials.
URL and Landing Page Policies

Landing pages are required to follow these guidelines:

  • Display URL should match landing page URL;
  • Advertised product and service should be available on the landing page;
  • Landing page should be spam free and should not contain non-functional links or buttons;
  • Landing page must not contain links to prohibited products or services;
  • Language on the landing page should be consistent with the language used in the ad.

Advertising claims in your ads must be truthful and accurate. You must have evidence in support of your advertising claims. If you make a claim in your ad copy, that claim must not be contradictions on the product detail page. Awards, accolades, survey results, and statistical or study claims must not be more than 18 months old.

Substantiation

Substantiation for the following claims is required on the landing page or on the product packaging:

  • Accolades and awards must be substantiated with date and awarding body;
  • Claims about the results of a consumer survey;
  • Statistical or study claims that imply that some objective measurement has taken place;
  • Comparative claims must be supported with a citation of an independent source and dated within the last 18 months.

All ads must be suitable for their selected audience in each geographic area where the ads will run. Ads must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, industry codes, regulations and cultural sensitivities in each geographical area where the ads will run.

All required disclosures, disclaimers, and warnings in ads must be clear and conspicuous and advertisers must be accurately and clearly identified in the ad.

Ads must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity. Advertisers must have all necessary rights and permissions for all elements of their ads. Ads may not feature the name, likeness (including look-alikes), voice (including sound-alikes), or other identifying features of an individual without the individual’s consent.

Ads that infringe the intellectual property rights of others by selling counterfeit products or with false celebrity testimonials will be rejected. If you believe that your copyright, trademark or publicity rights have been infringed by an ad served on Snapchat, we encourage you to attempt to contact and resolve your concerns with the advertiser directly. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can report alleged intellectual property infringement to Tableh through our Contact Us page.

Ads must not suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by Tableh or its products. That means that ads must not use any Tablet-owned trademark or copyright or representations of the Tableh user interface.

All ads must meet high quality and editorial standards. We reject landing pages that do not meet our quality standards. We also reject ads with landing pages that are non-functional or not mobile friendly, disruptive, irrelevant or unsafe.

We do not allow the following adult content in our ads:

  • Sexual organs;
  • Other frequently-sexualized body parts such as buttocks, breasts, legs, abdomens;
  • Sexual activity;
  • Content that is sexually suggestive;
  • Dating ads;
  • Adult entertainment;
  • Pornography, sexual live streams, strip clubs, burlesque;
Alcohol

Ads that encourage, glamorize or depict consumption of alcohol, exploit an individual who is drunk, or misrepresent the effects of consuming alcohol will be rejected. Tableh does not permit targeting ads that promote or reference alcohol to the following countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Morocco, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Drugs and Tobacco

Tableh does not allow the depiction of smoking, vaping, illegal drug use or the recreational use of pharmaceuticals in its ads.

Weapons and Explosives

We prohibit ads for the sales of weapons and explosives and related accessories, including firearms, ammunition, fireworks, combat knives, pepper sprays, etc.

Ads for movies, video games, and television shows must be age-targeted to the intended audience for the content they promote.

Unauthorized Ticket Sales

Tableh prohibits the promotion of unauthorized and counterfeit tickets globally.

Tableh does not permit advertising gambling services, including online casinos, brick and mortar casinos, and any games based on chance to win prizes with real-world value. Advertisers of online or mobile games, including fantasy sports, that include winning prizes with real-world value must be pre-approved by Tableh.

Tableh prohibits the advertising of malware products. Software or devices such as VPN promoting access to geo blocked or illegal service is also prohibited. Moreover, any software advertised on Tableh must comply with the following requirements:

  • Have a clear process of installation;
  • Have the express consent of customers to software bundling;
  • Protect customer privacy and provide upfront disclosure of information sharing;
  • Must provide the same functionality as the customer is lead to believe through the advertisement;
  • Not have any excluded, prohibited and dangerous functionality;
  • Be easy to uninstall.
Malware Products

The following malware products are prohibited:

  • Spyware;
  • Malware;
  • Stalkerware;
  • Illegal hacking devices;
  • Links which engage in phishing;
  • Software that compromises customer safety and results in an unexpected or deceptive experience.

Ads for financial products and services must clearly and prominently disclose all applicable material terms and conditions to consumers prior to the submission of an application. Ads for loans must disclose APR, repayment period, fees and costs, penalties, and the contact information of the lending institution.

Advertising for financial products and services may be considered with pre-approval only. To be considered, advertisers must have the required authorization/license to offer their services and provide proof of this authorization upon request. Advertising for securities is not allowed. We do not allow ads promoting:

  • Get-rich-quick offers, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive or too-good-to-be-true financial offers;
  • Financial offers guaranteeing financial returns on speculative investments;
  • Particular securities or insider tops;
  • Payday loans or predatory lending.

All ads promoting decentralized financial and crypto products and services, must be pre-approved.

Financial Products

These Tableh Complex Financial Products and Services Terms apply to any advertising of cryptocurrency, cryptographic or digital assets (including Non-Fungible Tokens), exchanges and trading platforms, wallet services, related products (including hardware), services, advice, educational offerings, news, information, and advocacy. These Complex Financial Products and Services Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Tableh and its affiliates. Any approval of an Ad by Tableh is not an endorsement or warranty by Tableh that your Complex Financial Products and Services or Ads comply with these Complex Financial Products and Services Terms or applicable laws.

1.For Tableh to approve your ad for any Complex Financial Products and Services, you agree you will:

a. Upon request by Tableh, provide to Tableh proof of Authorization or proof that your Ads and the promoted activity, product or service do not require valid license or authorization from the appropriate government authority to provide Complex Financial Products and Services and to display ads for the applicable Complex Financial Product and Service in each of the countries or territories in which you operate or select to display your Ads; and other materials necessary for Tableh to determine the nature of the Complex Financial Product and Service.

b. Immediately send to Tableh written notice of any change in your Authorization status. 

c. Immediately cease using Tableh platform for the advertising of your Complex Financial Products and Services, including but not limited to canceling any outstanding campaigns, upon the expiration, revocation, or rescission of your Authorization. You will remain responsible for any and all payments for your campaign in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.  

d. Immediately send to Tableh written notice of any regulatory investigation or legal action related to the legality of your Complex Financial Products and Services or your Ads for Complex Financial Products and Services. You will willingly and in good faith cooperate with Tableh in relation to any regulatory investigation or legal action related to your Ads for Complex Financial Products and Services. 

e. Select appropriate targeting for the advertising campaign in accordance with relevant laws in each of the countries or territories you select to display your Ads. It is your sole responsibility to ensure correct targeting is selected.

2. You represent and warrant that: 

a.If required, you or the applicable third party have an Authorization. The Authorization must be valid for the duration of the campaign. 

b. If an Authorization is required, but the applicable Authorization is held by a third party, you are responsible for ensuring that the third party holding the applicable Authorization adheres to all obligations under these Complex Financial Products and Services Terms.

c. The Complex Financial Products and Services comply with all Applicable Laws in each geographic area where the ads will run and are not part of an investigation or lawsuit regarding their legality or regulatory compliance in any of the countries or territories in which you are running or plan to run Ads. 

d. You are authorized to agree to these Complex Financial Products and Services Terms and perform the obligations hereunder. 

3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tableh, its affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, licensors, and agents from and against any and all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to: (a) your actual or alleged breach of these Complex Financial Products and Services Terms; (b) any fraud or misrepresentation by you in connection with the Complex Financial Products and Services; and (c) your gross negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the Complex Financial Products and Services.

Tableh does not allow ads that promote dating services.
Ads for calling, SMS and VPN Services must contain clear pricing and terms, and must not reference using their services illegally or in a classroom setting.
Government entities wishing to work with Tableh requires a prior authorization. If you are a government entity, contact us at contact@tableh.com.

Political advertising, including election-related ads, advocacy ads and issue ads, that appear on Tableh must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Tableh will review political ads on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject, in our sole discretion, or request modifications to ads that we believe violate the standards listed above or that are otherwise inappropriate. Our discretion will never be exercised with the intent to favor or disfavor any candidate, political view or political party. We may also ask for substantiation of an advertiser’s factual claims.

Political ads served by Tableh may not be paid for directly or indirectly by people or entities that aren’t residents of the country where the ad will run.

Ads that make assumptions about people could be perceived as intrusive, unsettling or inaccurate. For this reason, we don’t allow advertisers to run ads that assert or imply the personal attributes of their audience. Instead, ads should focus on the benefits of the product or service being advertised.

Ads must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes. This includes direct or indirect assertions or implications about a person’s race, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, age, sexual orientation or practices, gender identity, disability, physical or mental health (including medical conditions), vulnerable financial status, voting status, membership in a trade union, criminal record or name.

Ads cannot:

  • Assert or imply that the advertiser is aware of someone’s personal attributes or the personal attributes of their family
  • Assert or imply that the advertiser is aware of someone’s personally identifiable information, such as their name
  • Assert or imply that the advertiser is aware of someone’s voting status
  • Request information about someone’s personal attributes
  • Address sensitive personal preferences and practices, such as sexual orientation or practice

Ads can:

  • Broadly reference personal attributes that aren’t listed above, such as calling someone “Pakistani” or “Lahori” to reference where they live.
  • Contain passing reference to a personal attribute. This includes gender, age groups or age ranges.
  • Include names of celebrities or fictional characters.
  • Use “you/your” language without a personal attribute.
  • Make public service announcements that inform the public about issues related to personal health attributes, as long as they don’t assert someone or their family has a health condition.
Harassment

Ads should not promote harassment, bullying or shaming. We do not permit profanity, obscenity and obscene gestures.

Violent or Disturbing

We prohibit:

  • the depiction of real-life graphic violence in creatives or on landing pages;
  • the glorification of violence, including any glorification of self harm, war, murder, abuse or animal abuse;
  • Disturbing content that may cause distress, such as graphic depictions of fore, physical afflictions, bodily fluids, and certain medical or cosmetic procedures.
  • Spooky or scary ads with intense jump scares and audio of prolonged screaming or crying.
Products or Services in Violation of Trade Policies

Tableh respects every country’s trade embargoes and sanctions. Tableh prohibits advertisements for products or services targeted or originating from countries subject to trade embargoes or sanctions by the country you are advertising in.

We prohibit:

  • Ads that are false or misleading, including deceptive claims, offers, functionality, or business practices;
  • Unauthorized or undisclosed sponsored content;
  • Promotion of fraudulent goods or services including counterfeit documents or certificates, or counterfeit products;
  • Creating or sharing content that mimics the appearance or function of Tableh features or formats;
  • Ads that contain deceiving calls to action, or lead to landing pages unrelated to the brand or content being advertised.
  • Cloaking, otherwise restricting landing page access, or modifications to URL content following submission in an attempt to circumvent review.
  • Ads that encourage dishonest behavior. (e.g., ads for fake IDs, plagiarism, essay writing services).
  • Non-delivery of goods, or misrepresented shipping delays or inventory constraints.
Misinformation

Tableh prohibits ads that include content debunked by third-party fact-checkers.

Hate Speech, Hate Groups, Terrorism and Violent Extremism

We prohibit hateful, discriminatory or extremist content that demeans, defames, or promotes discrimination or violence on the basis of race, color, caste, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, immigration status, socio-economic status, age, weight, or pregnancy status.

We prohibit ads that facilitate or encourage illegal activity, including illegal drug use, illegal wildlife trade, and products derived from endangered or threatened species.

Ads should not encourage dangerous or harmful activities.

Advertisers must not engage influencers directly or indirectly outside the Tableh platform. Doing so will result in suspension of account, termination of account or legal action.
